Anthony Road Presents: Winemaker’s Dinner Featuring Chef Tim Hardiman

Join us for an evening celebrating the artistry of food and wine as Chef Tim Hardiman of Hardiman Hospitality presents a thoughtfully crafted multi-course dinner. Each course will be expertly paired with a selection of Anthony Road wines, featuring both current releases and special library vintages pulled from our cellar.

This intimate dining experience offers a rare opportunity to explore how our wines evolve over time, comparing the freshness and vibrancy of recent vintages with the depth, nuance, and complexity that emerge with age. Throughout the evening, Winemaker Peter Becraft will share stories from the vineyard and cellar, offering insight into the history behind each wine and its journey from harvest to bottle. Chef Hardiman will guide guests through the inspiration and ingredients behind each course, highlighting the thoughtful relationship between the food and wine pairings.

Gather around the table, savor exceptional cuisine, and discover the magic that happens when food meets wine. Seating is limited for this special evening of great food, great wine, and great company overlooking the beauty of Seneca Lake.
